Job Summary

This is a key leadership role overseeing the management of electrical projects, focusing on PLC and HMI systems. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal, and the ability to lead a team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC and HMI systems with emphasis on Siemens TIA Portal software.
  • Analyze complex electrical schematics, P&IDs, and layout drawings to identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise control panel wiring to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards using AutoCAD.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of electrical switchgear operation, including maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Configure, parameterize, and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for optimal motor performance.
  • Perform calibration of various industrial instruments to ensure measurement accuracy and precision.
  • Lead a team of technicians, providing technical guidance, training, and support to promote collaboration and productivity.
  • Manage electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal and AutoCAD software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of electrical switchgear operation and maintenance procedures.
