Job Description:

This position involves working as a General Ledger Accountant within the accounting department. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly financial schedules, and performing various administrative tasks.

  • Maintaining Fixed Asset Register:

    • Update and maintain the fixed asset register to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Prepare Monthly Financial Schedules:

    • Develop and maintain accurate and complete financial schedules to support management decision-making.

  • Maintain Balance Sheet Items Register:

    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of balance sheet items register.

  • Make Payments and Update System Records:

    • Process payments and update system records to ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.

  • Perform Monthly Bank Reconciliation:

    • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

  • Assist with Monthly and Year-End Closing and Audit Preparation:

    • Support the preparation of financial statements and audit reports.

  • Administrative Duties:

    • Perform various administrative tasks to support the accounting department.
