Associate IT Professional - Customer Relationship Management

About the Position:
  • This full-time Associate level role requires exceptional technical skills in CRM implementation and management.

The job entails working closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance CRM functionality, execute marketing email campaigns, and track performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Cognito Forms for data collection, integrating with other systems via Zapier, and ensuring seamless data flow and user experience.

Utilizing Zapier to connect apps, automate workflows, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations is also a critical aspect of this role.

Additionally, the CRM specialist will manage data loading into QuickBooks Online, ensure accurate financial data transfer, and collaborate with finance teams.

This role involves complex data manipulation using Excel or Google Sheets, including creating macros and formulas for reporting and analysis.

The job also requires conducting data accuracy testing across applications, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with QA teams.

Experience in performing customer acceptance testing for web and mobile applications is also essential.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology, and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with the skills listed above.

A minor in Marketing, Accounting, or Finance can be beneficial.
