Online Campaign Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the development and execution of online marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Develop and sell digital marketing services to clients and prospects by crafting compelling proposals and budgets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Able to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing agency.
- Previous experience working in a team to generate leads and execute digital marketing services.
- Strong pre-sales discussion skills.
- 3-4 years of experience managing multiple clients and projects.
