  • We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Professional to join our team on a contractual basis. The role will focus on driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence globally.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients across industries, positioning us as a trusted digital transformation partner.
  • Key responsibilities include lead generation and prospecting, solution positioning and sales presentations, proposal development and presales coordination, client relationship management, revenue growth and sales targets, partnership and channel collaboration, market intelligence and competitor analysis, contract negotiation and deal closure, and reporting and forecasting.
  • Requirements:
  • A proven track record of closing enterprise-level technology projects is essential, along with strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack and digital transformation solutions is preferred, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a contractual arrangement, with proficiency in CRM systems (Dynamics).
