Job Title: Corporate Social Responsibility Lead

The role of the Corporate Social Responsibility Lead is to spearhead our organization's commitment to social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Benchmark CSR practices and serve as an internal expert on CSR issues, representing the company externally.
  2. Develop strategic partnerships with community groups, negotiate sponsorship deals, and promote CSR activities to key stakeholders.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of CSR campaigns, measure outcomes, and ensure investments are socially responsible.
  4. Craft CSR plans, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and manage goals and metrics.
  5. Manage CSR reporting, work with other departments to collect social and environmental data, and participate in CSR membership organizations.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role or NGO environment is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of cross-functional project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Expertise in social responsibility, community involvement, and communications is essential.
  • The ability to influence senior management, build business cases, and lead cross-functional teams is critical.
