  1. Proven experience in a cold calling sales role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
