Trainee Sales Engineer Role

This position involves driving sales, building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the customer base. As a Trainee Sales Engineer- Technical, you will work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify, qualify, and close new business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in solar energy sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities and Expectations:- Develop strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Develop key accounts and work with the marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth, are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, are also necessary.
