• Assist clients in retrieving their passwords through various channels, including online portals and phone calls.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step guidance to clients.
• Stay updated on any changes in procedures, regulations, and system updates.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of password recovery requests and their resolution.
• Update relevant client information.
