Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to attract, recruit, and hire top talent. This includes developing job postings, screening candidates, interviewing and selecting finalists, and coordinating the onboarding process. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and proficiency in HR systems and software.
The key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing strategies to attract, recruit, and hire top talent.
- Developing job postings, screening candidates, interviewing and selecting finalists, and coordinating the onboarding process.
- Providing reports related to recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire.
- Serving as the primary contact for employee queries regarding recruitment processes, addressing employee insurance-related inquiries, and providing guidance on benefits, handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conducting exit interviews, analyzing trends, and managing the separation process, including clearances and final settlements, conducting regular meetings and training sessions with the sales team to address concerns, provide support, and promote team cohesion.
- Maintaining updated organizational charts, job descriptions, and KPIs for all departments, overseeing talent management, including appraisals, balanced scorecards, and organizational structuring.
- Managing performance management, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and employee development.
- Coordinating training programs to enhance soft and technical skills, evaluating their effectiveness and identifying future needs, improving team engagement and performance through training and initiatives, addressing factors affecting morale and retention.
