The role of UI/UX Designer is pivotal in delivering an exceptional user experience, directly impacting our success and customer satisfaction.

  1. Develop and implement new designs that meet the highest standards of aesthetic appeal.
  2. Evaluate intuitiveness and ensure seamless user experience.
  3. Balancing creativity with a keen understanding of design elements is crucial for success.
  4. Create prototypes to visualize new product ideas.
  5. Ongoing user research is essential for informed decision-making.
  6. Analyze design briefs to determine key requirements.
  7. Conceptualize visually appealing visuals based on requirements.
  8. Collaborate with engineers and developers to effectively communicate ideas and visions.
  9. Design low-detail wireframes and translate approved ideas into high-definition design drafts.
  10. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually stunning and aligned with brand identity.
  11. Maintain focus on workload and projects assigned by the Digital Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
  1. Prior experience as a UI-UX / Graphic Designer or similar role.
  2. Excellent taste and sense of aesthetics.
  3. Degree in a relevant field is required.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Able to articulate design options clearly.
  6. Critical thinking is essential.
  7. Problem-solving and customer-centric approach.
  8. Proficiency in Adobe products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat.
Responsibilities:
  1. Key responsibilities include planning, testing, creating prototypes, conducting research, analyzing briefs, conceptualizing visuals, collaborating with teams, designing wireframes, testing graphics, and managing workload.
