Candidate Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Candidate Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and reaching out to potential new clients, booking discovery and pitch meetings between prospective clients and our internal recruitment team, and conducting candidate assessments.

The key responsibilities of this role include identifying new business opportunities through online platforms, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, job boards, and networking, initiating contact via email, LinkedIn, and cold/warm calls, scheduling and confirming client meetings with our recruitment lead, and following up post-meeting to gather feedback and assist in onboarding new clients.

You will also conduct online assessments with shortlisted candidates, use clear, fluent English to communicate effectively with candidates during the assessments, evaluate English communication, job understanding, attitude, and basic qualifications, document the assessment outcome in our internal tracking system, and provide timely updates to the recruitment team.

The ideal candidate profile includes proven experience in recruitment, client relationship management, or sales, excellent English Communication skills, organizational and detail-oriented skills, technical skills including Google Workspace and LinkedIn, and a target-driven approach with a proactive and independent mindset.

The minimum requirements for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in any field, minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, business development, or similar roles, strong spoken and written English communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.
