Digital Marketing Specialist - SEO Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key player in implementing and optimizing our digital marketing strategies, you will be responsible for driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads.

\

This is a remote job opportunity that requires 40 hours of work per week. The role involves 75% link building and organic blogger outreach campaigns, as well as 25% On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Google Business Profile Management, and Social Media Marketing.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns:
\
  1. Develop comprehensive digital marketing campaigns including SEO strategy, Google Business Profile Management, Link Building & PR Development, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
\
  • Trends and Data Analysis:
\
  1. Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points using strong analytical abilities.
  2. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the analysis.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  4. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate.
\Requirements:\
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in the construction and real estate industry.
  • Experience in creating and executing results-driven SEO strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, AHREFs).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
\Qualifications:\
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing SEO campaigns.
  • Proven track record in blogger outreach and advanced link building techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
