Procurement and Administrative Executive

An experienced and visionary Procurement and Administrative Executive is needed to drive procurement and administrative operations, focusing on strategic planning and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance procurement processes and reduce costs.
  2. Cycle Optimization: Direct the optimization of the procurement cycle, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, contract management, and purchase order processing.
  3. Supplier Partnerships: Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and laws governing procurement activities.
  5. Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  6. Record Documentation: Accurately document procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.

Administrative Duties:

  1. Office Management: Supervise administrative personnel and oversee office management tasks to guarantee efficient daily operations.
  2. Facilities and Supplies Management: Handle office facilities, supplies, and equipment procurement.
  3. Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies regarding administration and procurement.
  4. Procedure Development: Design and implement administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Contract Management: Oversee the management of contracts, licenses, and legal documents.
  6. Department Integration: Collaborate with various departments to support operational and administrative needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and administration roles.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and relevant legal regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPP, CPSM).
  • Experience working in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
