Construction Initiatives Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to oversee the successful execution of a construction project.

• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Oversee budgeting and cost management, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimizing unnecessary expenditures.
• Coordinate and manage contractors and subcontractors, fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring seamless project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards, conducting regular site inspections to verify adherence.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise during construction, employing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (desired).
• Minimum 3 years experience in project leadership or construction management, with a proven track record of success.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other project-related documents.
• Excellent project management skills, with expertise in coordinating multiple tasks and prioritizing objectives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards, with a commitment to upholding industry best practices.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
