We are looking for a talented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

  • About the Opportunity
  • This is an excellent chance for a motivated individual to lead identification, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, strategy development, tools and CRM utilization, data analysis, and market awareness in the gaming and metaverse industries.
  • The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of industry trends, market developments, and competitors to continuously improve outreach and targeting strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification: Research and identify potential clients in target industries such as gaming, metaverse, AR/VR, art and design, 3D services, and enterprise tech.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to build and grow a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification: Communicate effectively to understand client needs, interests, and budgets, ensuring alignment with our services and solutions.
  • Strategy Development: Manage and coordinate sales outreach and marketing efforts to build effective lead generation strategies focused on attracting, engaging, and converting quality leads.
  • Tools & CRM: Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar platforms to find prospects, and keep the CRM system updated to track activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and outreach results to refine lead generation strategies and increase conversion effectiveness.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to continuously improve outreach and targeting strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B tech or creative services environment.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Bonus if you have knowledge or interest in gaming, metaverse, or XR industries.
