We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Associate Attorney Bilingual – Spanish to join our mission-driven team.

As an Immigration Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing cases from inception to resolution, ensuring precision, compliance, and the highest standard of legal representation.

• Responsibilities

  1. Advocate with Excellence: Manage immigration cases from inception to resolution, ensuring precision, compliance, and the highest standard of legal representation.

  2. Lead with Integrity & Trust: Meet with clients to deeply understand their goals, provide transparent advisement, and maintain consistent, empathetic communication throughout their case.

  3. Commit to Thorough Preparation: Conduct in-depth legal research, analyze case files, and gather strong supporting evidence to build compelling cases.

  4. Represent with Confidence & Boldness: Advocate for clients in interviews, hearings, and court appearances, ensuring they are fully prepared and supported.

  5. Collaboration: Develop strategic case plans and guide paralegals and legal assistants in executing tasks efficiently to meet key milestones.

  6. Ensure Accountability & Development: Review all assigned cases at least monthly, proactively addressing any challenges and providing regular updates to clients.

  7. Maintain Transparency & Efficiency: Track and record billable hours accurately, ensuring detailed case documentation to support smooth workflows.

  8. Closing Cases with Excellence: Prepare case memorandums and oversee the timely and thorough resolution of cases.

  9. Guide Clients with Clarity & Care: Conduct strategy sessions with potential clients, assessing their needs and ensuring a seamless onboarding process that aligns with their legal goals.

  10. Foster Long-Term Client Trust: Build and maintain positive client relationships by delivering clear, proactive communication and personalized service that reflects our commitment to them.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (CA preferred).

• Minimum of three+ years of experience in immigration law.

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written).
