The Territory Manager is a critical role within our sales team, responsible for delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) and secondary sales targets on a consistent basis. The successful candidate will be the custodian of their designated territory, ensuring seamless execution of brand and channel plans.
About the RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Delivery of KPIs and secondary targets in line with brand/trade plans.
- Management of distributor field force (Order Bookers) to ensure they are working in accordance with company policies.
This role is based within our Field Sales division, reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager. The Territory Manager will form external customer relationships through regular store visits, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong understanding of trade plans and their importance in driving business results.
- Ability to lead in high-pressure situations and maintain composure under pressure.
- Quick decision-making skills to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to track and analyze data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
