We are seeking a highly skilled technical support specialist with expertise in electronic locking systems (ELV) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in ELV systems and their components.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and team members, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues and minimizing downtime.
  • Install, configure, and maintain ELV systems, including turnstiles, access control, point-of-sale (POS) machines, and ticket vending machines (TVMs), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Perform routine system inspections and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and optimize system efficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, using analytical and troubleshooting skills to isolate and fix problems.
  • Document service activities and generate detailed reports for completed tasks, maintaining accurate records and tracking progress.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards, guaranteeing a safe working environment and protecting company assets.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance and service visits, providing flexible solutions that meet their needs and expectations.

**Requirements:**

  • In-depth knowledge of ELV systems and their components, including hardware and software configurations.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and drawings, ensuring accurate installation and maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, enabling swift diagnosis and resolution of complex issues.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear interaction with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site assignments when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

**Desired Qualifications:**

  • Minimum: 3 years of experience in ELV system maintenance and installation.
  • Preferred: 5 years of hands-on experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

**Education/Qualification:**

  • Minimum: Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Electronics or a related field.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree (BS) in Electronics Engineering or equivalent, with a strong foundation in theoretical and practical knowledge.
