Senior Software Engineering Position

Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished senior software engineer to lead the development and maintenance of high-performance applications in C++.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable software applications using C++
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project objectives and goals
  • Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers through hands-on guidance
  • Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of software issues
  • Analyze business requirements and system specifications to inform technical decisions
  • Develop and implement modern C++ standards (C++11 and above) in production environments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on C++
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
  • Experience with multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and debugging
  • Proficient in version control systems, preferably Git
  • Good understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing project priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with collaborating on large codebases and guiding less experienced developers
  • Knowledge of modern software engineering best practices and trends
  • Participation in open-source projects or contributions to industry conferences
