About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused travel professional to design memorable travel experiences for our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
  2. Plan, prepare, and book comprehensive travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transport, and tours.
  3. Use GDS platforms like Galileo and Sabre for reservations and fare calculations.
  4. Promote and upsell travel packages, upgrades, and additional services.
  5. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client profiles using CRM.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
  7. Resolve client issues efficiently and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  8. Stay up-to-date with travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination knowledge.
Requirements
  1. Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) - Galileo & Sabre.
  2. Strong communication skills.
  3. Previous sales or customer service experience in travel or a related field.
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  6. Enthusiasm, proactivity, and passion for delivering top-notch travel experiences.
