Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering inventory operations to ensure system availability and performance.
You will support application operations, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UATs), manage deployments, and liaise with vendors to resolve system bugs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 16 years of education in Computer Science or IT from a recognized university and 1-2 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in databases (SQL/PLSQL) and Linux environments, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage inventory operations to ensure 24/7 system availability.
- Provide Level 2 technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application operations and user incidents.
- Conduct UATs, manage deployments, and liaise with vendors to resolve system bugs.
- Manage system configurations and change requests (CRs) in coordination with IT planning teams.
- Identify and resolve data anomalies and perform regular system reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science or IT from a recognized university.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
- Telecom industry knowledge is preferred.
