Project Management Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Project Manager to join our team at Developers Studio. Our company specializes in Blockchain and Crypto technology, and we aim to deliver superior solutions to our top-tier customers.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring projects throughout their entire execution. You will ensure that the standards of scope, budget, and timeline are met, and develop project plans that combine client requirements with company goals.

You will determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members, coordinate with relevant team members through all project phases, and oversee the implementation of project improvements.

In addition, you will oversee the acquisition of resources and materials as needed for projects, prepare progress reports weekly/monthly for senior management, and collaborate with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor projects from start to finish.
  • Develop project plans that meet client and company needs.
  • Determine project deliverables and assign tasks to team members.
  • Coordinate with team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement project improvements and best practices.
  • Prioritize resource allocation and material acquisition.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
