Job Title: Continuing Education Professional

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Continuing Education Professional to support the planning, coordination, and execution of training initiatives across the organization. This role is vital in ensuring that employees continue to meet professional standards and receive the development opportunities necessary for career growth.

The ideal candidate will play a hands-on role in maintaining training records, assisting with development plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote continuous learning across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation and administration of training programs in alignment with organizational goals
  • Maintain accurate records of training participation and certifications
  • Assist in preparing training materials, event coordination, and communication with employees
  • Help monitor individual development plans and ensure compliance with professional standards
  • Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external training activities, including seminars and workshops
  • Keep current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to professional development
RequirementsQualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience in training, professional development, or a similar HR function
  • Basic knowledge of training frameworks and continuous learning principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
Certification (Preferred):
  • Relevant training, HR, or L&D certifications will be an advantage
Work mode:
