As a vital member of our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional support and services to our guests and employees.

About the Role:
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area with all necessary materials.
  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Respond to questions and concerns from guests and employees in a timely and effective manner.
  • Handle incoming calls and redirect them or take messages as needed.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department with documentation and other tasks.
  • Help maintain office common areas and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Assist the HR team with scheduling job interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Coordinate refreshments for office employees and guests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or intermediate level with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with office management and basic bookkeeping principles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
