We are seeking an exceptional game developer to lead the creation of engaging and addictive hyper casual games using Unity 3D. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing hyper casual games, a deep understanding of Unity, and a passion for creating fun and optimized gameplay experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement hyper casual games from ideation to launch, ensuring smooth gameplay mechanics and optimal performance across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other developers to create immersive and engaging gaming experiences.
  • Optimize games for performance, including memory usage, frame rates, and load times.
  • Implement in-game mechanics, physics, UI elements, animations, and special effects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including bug fixes and performance improvements.
  • Mentor junior developers, promoting best practices and ensuring high-quality code.
  • Ensure seamless deployment on various platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in hyper casual gaming and Unity development.
  • Perform regular testing and debugging to guarantee a polished user experience.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Unity development, focusing on hyper casual games.
  • Strong proficiency in C# programming and the Unity engine.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching hyper casual games.
  • In-depth knowledge of hyper casual game mechanics, physics, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with mobile game development for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues quickly.
  • Familiarity with in-app purchases, ad integration, and monetization strategies.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Superior communication and organizational skills.
