Financial Operations Manager

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing accounting activities and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. Your role will involve overseeing the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
">- Accounting Responsibilities: Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable. Producing error-free accounting reports and presenting their results.
- Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status. Identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Technical Support: Providing technical support and advice on Management Accounting. Reviewing and recommending modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Managing accounting assistants and bookkeepers. Planning, assigning, and reviewing staff's work.
- Compliance: Directing internal and external audits to ensure compliance. Assisting with tax audits and tax returns.
- Close Processes: Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
- Education: Graduated in Commerce/B.com.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, Chief or Senior Accountant.
- Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures. Awareness of business trends. Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
- Skills: Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process. Advanced MS Excel skills.
