
Administrative Support Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a skilled Front Desk Officer to handle receptionist duties, provide excellent customer service, operate office equipment, and support daily administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, proficiency in receptionist duties, and ability to multitask, prioritize, and pay attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the front desk and office areas; report any unusual or unethical activities.
- Coordinate with employees, managers, and staff regarding attendance via email and WhatsApp.
- Prepare and submit welcome packs for new hires and organize HSE induction training.
- Support CSR activities and employee engagement events at the branch.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing bills, maintaining files, preparing letters and documents, and creating purchase orders for invoices.
- Handle miscellaneous requests from HR, Marine, employees, and customers.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years in a receptionist role preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
