Job Title: Talent Development Specialist
Job Description:
A talent development specialist is needed to deliver impactful training sessions focused on enhancing communication, product knowledge, and customer handling skills for customer service representatives and call center agents.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training programs for call center/customer service representatives.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions that improve communication, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Use data-driven insights to track, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Create professional and visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint and Canva.
- Utilize Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, performance reporting, and maintaining training trackers.
- Collaborate with supervisors and QA teams to proactively identify training needs and close skill gaps.
- Represent the training team in meetings and effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in training or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for simplifying complex concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel formulas like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), PowerPoint, Canva, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Focused on enhancing agent productivity and policyholder satisfaction.
- Prior experience in a sales training or call center training role is a plus.
- Adaptability to create hybrid, virtual, and in-person training modules - driving innovation in training.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging and impactful training programs.
