Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to contribute to the development and maintenance of multiple enterprise cloud applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building high-quality, scalable, and responsive APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with front-end applications, and optimizing database operations for improved performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain back-end modules for multiple enterprise cloud applications.
  • Design and build high-quality, scalable, and responsive APIs using Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with front-end applications.
  • Optimize database operations for improved performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues independently and identify effective solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience programming in Java.
  • Proficient in core Java and Object-Oriented (OO) concepts.
  • Experience with microservice architecture patterns.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases such as MySQL.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency with other languages like Python, Node, and test automation tools.
  • Knowledge of fundamental front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of Software Engineering experience.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 1+ year of Software Engineering experience.
  • PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
