Meet the Team

Our Engineering team designs, develops, and maintains the systems and technologies that drive our solutions. We work closely with other departments to ensure our products meet the needs of our customers. If you're passionate about technology and excited about working on cutting-edge communication and engagement solutions, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other engineering team members to manage code releases. You'll bridge gaps between software development, testing, and operations teams, and keep existing networks in mind as you design, plan, and test.

Contribute to Revolutionizing Communication:

  • Establish and enhance CI (Continuous Integration) and CD (Continuous Deployment).
  • Configure our products to meet functional requirements, including configuration of technical areas.
  • Troubleshoot and remediate issues impacting integration and operations.
  • Ensure high availability of our products and platforms 24/7.
  • Develop scripts to automate day-to-day operations.
  • Participate in on-call rotations with other teams.
  • Maintain servers' configuration, monitoring jobs, and infrastructure documentation.
  • Work extensively with offshore teams and partners.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in a Professional Services/Enterprise DevOps role.
  • Strong technical skills in multiple functional areas, such as infrastructure as Code, containerized orchestration, configuration management, programming language, logging system, CI/CD, and network protocols.
  • Ability to interface with offshore teams daily.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other IT-related fields.
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, critical thinking, and ability to drive DevOps mindset initiatives across teams for agile release.
  • Analytical thinking and accountability for results of made decisions.
