Key Accountabilities
Our role involves:
- Proactive sourcing to deliver recruitment services in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
- Leading vacancy consultation discussions to agree recruitment plans with hiring managers, including role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, pay range, agreed timeframes, responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process
- Anticipating potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address and using judgment to escalate appropriately
- Building proactive pipelining strategies and sharing insights with hiring managers to support strategic decision-making and execution outside of live demand
Skills & Experience
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a recruiter or sourcer within RPO, agency, or in-house environments, with a basic Bachelor degree
- A minimum of 3 years solid prior experience in sourcing various front office or middle/back office portfolios from the banking sector
- Expertise in multiple candidate sourcing channels, such as web sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searching
- Demonstrated ability to influence candidates, hiring decisions makers, and stakeholders, driving innovation and keeping up-to-date with market trends related to recruitment
- Excellent communication skills, with a persuasive and credible personal style
