Digital Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Strategist to drive business expansion using paid marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and a proven track record of achieving exceptional results with paid advertising platforms. They will be analytical, strategic, and creative when required, with a growth mindset and the ability to learn from feedback and continuously improve.

This role is responsible for driving revenue and sales through effective digital marketing strategies. The successful candidate will develop and execute paid search campaigns aligned with business objectives to increase member acquisition across Google, Bing, and other relevant search platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing paid search strategies to drive revenue and sales.
  • Crafting and implementing paid social campaigns to acquire new members and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to align messaging and drive enterprise-level growth.
  • Conducting thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities.
  • Managing keyword bids, ad copy, and landing page optimisation to enhance campaign performance across all advertising channels.

The Digital Growth Strategist will also own the complete customer journey, tracking everything from impressions to conversions on a daily basis. They will monitor and implement strategies to improve metrics across each stage of the acquisition funnel.
