Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused support agent to join our team at TechMile Solutions. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various online channels.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via online chat and messaging platforms, responding to inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Assist customers in navigating our products or services, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues, and resolve problems in an efficient and effective way.
- Documentation and Feedback: Document customer interactions, including the nature of inquiries, solutions provided, and any follow-up actions, and use this feedback to improve our processes and services.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance targets, including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and chat volume goals, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette.
- Knowledge and Collaboration: Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers, and collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and effective customer support.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and logically.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with chat and messaging platforms.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to multitask effectively, handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, and adapt to changing processes and technologies.
- Customer Focus: Empathy, patience, and a customer-focused attitude, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
Work Schedule
Morning Shift (7AM to 3PM)
Evening Shift (3PM to 11PM)
Night Shift (11PM to 7AM)
Key Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
