Senior Back End Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Back End Developer to lead our team's server-side development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in back-end development, with expertise in the Laravel framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and optimization of server-side components to ensure high performance.
  • Resolve complex bugs and issues reported on the platform to ensure smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with the Development Team to implement features and improvements.
  • Manage and maintain database connections and queries to ensure timely data retrieval and storage.
  • Support Front End Developers by troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
  • Work with the Quality Assurance Team to identify bugs and contribute to testing efforts.
  • Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.
  • Assist in identifying bottlenecks in the current system and propose solutions to resolve them.
  • Ensure security practices are followed across all server-side operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Back End Developer.
  • Strong experience with the Laravel framework.
  • Proficient in PHP, SQL, and other back-end languages.
  • Experience designing and managing database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like GIT.
  • Experience building scalable and distributed systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage projects.
  • Experience with cloud services, such as Azure, and server management.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
