We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design from user research and concepting to prototyping and high-fidelity visuals. As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, beautiful, and scalable digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that meet user needs and business goals
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
* Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
* Lead design initiatives across web and mobile platforms from concept to launch

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
* Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI work across web and/or mobile applications
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
* Solid understanding of design principles, interaction design, and accessibility
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

* Experience working in agile/scrum environments alongside cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or motion/animation tools
* Experience with user research and usability testing

Bonus:

* Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
