AI Specialist for Predictive Analytics

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team and help build a real-time risk scoring engine for remote patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in predictive analytics and time series modeling, as well as experience working with NLP engineers, vital signs, device data, and patient profiles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and train predictive models using structured and time series health data
- Combine signals from multiple sources into risk models
- Validate model performance with clinical sensitivity in mind
- Package models for deployment in a scalable manner
- Work with the NLP engineer to create end-to-end predictive workflows
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards
- At least 3 years of experience in machine learning and timeseries forecasting
- Experience working with algorithms like Logistic Regression/Decision Trees/Random Forest
- Strong programming background in Python
- Experience working with NumPy/Pandas/PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Deployment experience in Azure, AWS or GCP
- Experience with health-related datasets and performance metrics
- Familiarity with integrating NLP-derived features
- Knowledge of early warning scores
- Familiarity with clinical terminology and standards
