Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth.

This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketer with a passion for consumer SaaS products, who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms
  • Manage user-generated content partnerships and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement
Campaign Management:
  1. Lead and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms
  2. Optimize budgets to ensure maximum ROI and scalable growth
  3. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to keep our campaigns innovative and impactful
Creative Direction:
  1. Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing assets across video, copy, and design
  2. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
  3. Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for landing pages, ads, and emails
User-Generated Content Partnerships:
  1. Identify and manage content creators and influencers to build a steady pipeline of user-generated content
  2. Launch creative content initiatives that drive engagement and improve conversion rates
Webinars & Events:
  1. Plan, promote, and execute webinars to educate and engage prospective users
  2. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the effectiveness of events
Analytics & Optimization:
  1. Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
  2. Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ads, and emails to drive performance improvements
Project Management & Collaboration:
  1. Utilize project management tools to manage campaigns and ensure projects are delivered on time
  2. Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals
Required Skills & Tools:
  • HubSpot: CRM and marketing automation
  • Canva and Adobe Suite: Design and asset creation
  • Zoom Webinars: For hosting live events
  • Google Analytics: Campaign performance tracking
  • SEO: Strategies to improve organic search visibility
  • Figma: Collaborative design tool
  • Descript: Video and audio editing
  • Hootsuite: Social media scheduling and analytics
  • Facebook Ads Manager: Paid social media campaign management
  • Go High Level: Lead management and marketing automation
  • ClickUp: Task and project management
  • ChatGPT (or similar AI tools): For content creation and optimization

To succeed in this role, you'll need a blend of creativity and technical know-how, as well as proficiency in these tools and platforms.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • 5–8+ years in B2C digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and campaign optimization
  • Proven experience in marketing consumer SaaS products, particularly subscription services
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance creative ideas with data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage both US and international audiences
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with webinar strategy and execution to drive customer acquisition and engagement
