About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled video editor to join our team.

We are looking for someone with strong creative skills and the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with others.

As a video editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging videos that showcase our products or services.

You will also be working closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

About The Job
  • Lead the edit on commercials, explainers, TikTok/Reels, YouTube series, and product launches—from rough cut to final delivery.
  • Own the post-production pipeline: ingest, organize, edit, motion GFX, color, sound mix, and versioning.
  • Blend creativity with technology: leverage AI tools (Adobe Sensei, Runway Gen-2, Topaz, etc.) for rotoscoping, upscaling, voice cloning, captioning, and rapid ideation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with producers, designers, developers, and marketers to translate concepts into thumb-stopping visuals.
  • Mentor junior editors on storytelling, pacing, and efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective video editing strategies that align with company goals.
  2. Create high-quality video content that engages target audiences.
  3. Work closely with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of video content across multiple platforms.
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement video marketing campaigns.
  5. Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a commercial or marketing environment.
  • Excellent understanding of video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in AI-powered video editing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of video production principles, including cinematography, lighting, and sound design.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
