Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Research Assistant in the Department of Applied Chemistry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a project focused on the mechanistic study of high-temperature carcinogens formation and Amadori reaction products in grilled meat. This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in research and contribute to a significant area of scientific inquiry.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this position, candidates must be M.Phil. enrolled students in Applied Chemistry with a strong academic background and a keen interest in research. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
