About SHEED Society

Our mission is to strengthen the health education environment development through our projects and initiatives.

Job Roles

We are seeking talented individuals to fill various positions including Doctors, Admin & Finance Assistants, Community Counsellors, Office Assistants, Health Care Workers, Outreach Supervisors/DIC Incharges, Outreach Workers, and Security Guards.

Doctors

Qualified doctors with at least 1 year of experience are desired. Preference will be given to individuals with government hospital or institution experience.

  1. Consult with patients and conduct physical examinations.
  2. Prescribe, monitor, and administer medication as required.
  3. Plan and implement treatment strategies.
  4. Promote health education among patients.
Admin & Finance Assistant

A strong background in accounting and finance is essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of accounting software are mandatory.

  • Candidates must possess CMA/CA Inter certification with 3 years of experience or B.Com/BBA/Bachelor in Accounts/Finance with 5 years of experience.
Community Counsellor

A master's degree in psychology or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience is desired for this role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.

  • The ideal candidate should have experience in counselling and community engagement.
Office Assistant

We require an individual with 2 years of experience in a similar role. Local residents from the community will be given preference.

  • The selected candidate should be confident, loyal, and noble.
Health Care Worker

We seek candidates with a graduation or diploma in primary health care or intermediate diploma holders in primary health with relevant experience.

  • Association with Pakistan Nursing Council will be an added advantage.
Outreach Supervisor/DIC Incharge

A bachelor's degree in public health or social sciences with at least 3 years of experience in a field staff leadership role is preferred.

  • The ideal candidate should be willing to work with community people on Health/HIV issues.
Outreach Worker

We require literate individuals with at least 3 years of experience working in the field for marginalized people. Knowledge of health issues and HIV will be an added advantage.

  • The selected candidate should be willing to achieve community targets.
Security Guard

We require matric/middle passed individuals with 3 years of experience. Physical fitness, smartness, and confidence are essential.

  • Willing to work with community people on Health/HIV issues.
