The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for reviewing and preparing workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, and equipment layouts to meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
A safe and healthy work environment is crucial to our organization's success. The selected candidate will maintain this environment by enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations, and overseeing daily warehouse activities.
Additionally, the Warehouse Operations Manager will schedule and oversee the warehouse team, managing the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
We require the successful candidate to have a bachelor's degree in logistics operations management or a related field, with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager. Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is also essential.
SCM+ certification is an advantage, but not required. Excellent leadership abilities, including goal setting, team motivation, and conflict management, are necessary for this role.
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – and effective interpersonal and active listening skills are also crucial. Solid project management capabilities, including decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning, are essential for success in this position.
