**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer and Backend Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust server-side applications using Node.js.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in web development and Node.js.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in software development, specifically with Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript and its nuances.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).
  • Experience with database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Basic understanding of server, network, and hosting environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with experience in:

  • Express.js, NESTJS, or other Node.js frameworks.
  • Docker and containerization.
  • Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Mocha, Chai, Jest).
  • DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
