Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance and Control Manager to lead our quality efforts across the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality Strategy: Create and execute a robust QA & QC strategy aligned with organizational goals, ensuring the highest standards of quality in all products.
  • Implement Quality Management Systems: Introduce and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001:2015 or Six Sigma to improve consistency and efficiency in quality management.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout all phases of product development.
  • Lead QA & QC Team: Manage and mentor a team of QA & QC professionals, overseeing recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and career development.
  • Culture of Accountability: Foster a culture of accountability and responsibility for product quality across all teams.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the department.
  • Test Execution: Oversee the execution of test plans, including manual and automated testing, to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Defect Tracking: Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely verification of fixes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, implement, and monitor process improvements to enhance QA & QC efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Utilize quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Agile) to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing methodologies and tools, with at least 5 years focused on QA/QC in product development.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior management and customers.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001:2015, Six Sigma).
