About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to work closely with senior engineers in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Preparation and Modeling: Transform raw data into a usable format for machine learning modeling, ensuring high-quality data for optimal model performance.
  2. Model Optimization and Research: Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize machine learning models for improved accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  3. Training and Fine-Tuning: Participate in the training and fine-tuning of models to improve their performance and adapt them to real-world scenarios.
  4. Emerging Techniques: Conduct research on new and emerging AI/ML techniques and contribute to proof-of-concept development, exploring innovative applications and solutions.
  5. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document model development, research, and performance metrics for future reference and learning, promoting knowledge sharing within the team.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and provide AI/ML-driven solutions that meet the company's needs.
  7. Deployment Pipelines: Assist in developing deployment pipelines for ML models, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and well-integrated into the overall system.
  8. Business Applications: Assist in the development and implementation of machine learning models for various business applications, focusing on practical and effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Machine Learning Foundation: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning techniques.
  • Programming Skills: Familiarity with Python and popular libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, with a focus on efficient and effective coding practices.
  • Data Handling and Statistics: Basic knowledge of data preprocessing, data manipulation, feature engineering, statistics, probability distributions, hypothesis testing, linear algebra, and calculus for a deep understanding of ML models.
  • Database Management: Knowledge of SQL for data querying and experience handling large datasets.
  • Version Control: Familiarity with version control using Git, ensuring smooth collaboration and code management.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent teamwork abilities, and a keen interest in developing AI-driven solutions that drive business results.
