Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Team Lead - Full Stack to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the front-end and back-end components of our web application.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both frontend and backend development, with experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS. You will be working closely with our product and design teams to bring UI/UX to life and ensure that our application is user-friendly and efficient.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing backend features using Django and Django REST Framework.
  • Building interactive frontend components using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
  • Contribute to real-time features using Django Channels and WebSockets (e.g., live chat, notifications).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across the stack.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing backend features using Django and Django REST Framework, building interactive frontend components using React, TypeScript, and Next.js, contributing to real-time features using Django Channels and WebSockets, and writing clean, maintainable, and testable code across the stack.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
  • A strong foundation in software development, with 2–4 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and Django, especially REST APIs.
  • Experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
  • Familiarity with database design and querying (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Familiarity with async features in Django (e.g., Channels, WebSockets).

Soft Skills:

We're looking for someone who is a good communicator and has a collaborative attitude, able to understand product requirements and translate them into technical solutions, proactive mindset with the willingness to take initiative, and eagerness to learn and grow with mentorship.
