About the Role

As a Senior Manager of Digital Products, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative capabilities that enhance customer relationships, operational efficiency, and supply chain innovation.

This position involves strategic thinking, product ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to define, design, and deliver enhancements to existing digital products and create new ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the lifecycle of assigned digital products from ideation through production and continuous improvement.
  • Lead development of tools and processes that accelerate innovation.
  • Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Marketing to transform approved innovation ideas into market-ready solutions.
  • Analyze processes to identify efficiency opportunities and address legacy system challenges.
  • Stay ahead of market and technology trends, translating them into actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct portfolio gap analysis and work with stakeholders to define required investments and resource needs.
  • Build business cases for digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Partner with Sales on strategic customer pursuits by providing innovation insights and trend analysis.
  • Contribute thought leadership through whitepapers, podcasts, webinars, and industry events.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead products from concept to adoption.

  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (XLS) and Visio for modeling and business case creation.
