Job Title: Cleaner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene across designated sites, adhering to schedules and service level agreements
  • Collect and dispose of office and kitchen waste safely and efficiently
  • Manage stock and supplies to ensure availability and optimize resources
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and correctly, following established protocols
  • Attend meetings, training sessions, and performance discussions as required
  • Report any equipment faults, hazards, accidents, or near misses promptly
  • Identify and address personal development needs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Full driving licence (essential)
  • DBS check (can be processed during recruitment)
  • Experience using cleaning equipment and chemicals preferred, but not essential
  • COSHH training provided to ensure safe handling and disposal of hazardous substances
  • Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and excellent customer service skills
  • Good eye for detail and ability to clean to an exceptional standard
