Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and achieving individual sales targets. This role requires excellent English communication skills, a clear and confident accent, and the ability to engage effectively with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract new clients.">
  4. Utilize advanced search techniques and filters to find high-quality leads.">
  5. Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.">
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, showcasing our services to close deals.">
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.">
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.">
  9. Focus on upselling services such as web development, graphic design, and software solutions.">
  10. Identify additional needs of existing clients and propose relevant services to enhance their experience.">
  11. Set and achieve monthly sales targets, including credit and connect usage targets.">
  12. Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.">
  13. Share weekly performance reports and improvement strategies with the team.">
  14. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential.">
  15. Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate insights into lead generation strategies.">

Requirements:

  7. Ability to work 6 days a week and manage time effectively to meet targets.">
  8. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.">
  9. Familiarity with bidding, credit usage, and connect optimization on Upwork and Bark platforms.">
  10. Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management software.">
  11. Previous experience working with a startup is a plus.">
  12. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.">
