Job Description

Business Development Director is responsible for spearheading business growth through expanding current businesses and exploring new markets and opportunities.

  • This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective leads to develop new business partnerships with clients and gain business.
  • Evaluating existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn't.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. IDentify, Qualify and Develop New Business Partnerships
  2. Evaluate Existing Partnerships and Sales Efforts
  3. Develop Innovative Strategies to Expand Current Businesses
  4. Explore New Markets and Opportunities
  5. Lead Initial Outreach to New Customers
  6. Stay Up-to-Date on the Latest Processes and Trends of the Technology Industry
  7. Set Sales Targets and Specific Performance Metrics, Aligned with Business Strategies
  8. Manage Assigned Leads Through the Full Business Development Cycle from Prospecting and Qualifying to Close
Requirements

  • Prior experience in selling via telemarketing to foreign countries within the Technology industry.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills; the ability to call, connect and win potential clients.
  • Leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to perceive and settle issues by proposing and executing innovative solutions.
